The technician did ultimately resolve the issue. After an attempted car theft left my Civic stuck in theft mode, they were able to reset the immobilizer and program two new key fobs, both of which work properly. That said, I can only give 2 stars because of the cost. The total came to $1,966, which was far more than I expected. The breakdown was $650 per key fob plus a $200 dealer code, on top of service charges, taxes, and even a credit card processing fee that I had to cover myself. While the work was completed, the pricing of almost $2000 felt excessive for the service provided.

Super responsive phone line, when I was ready to have my car serviced, my technician Mark came out ASAP! I lost my key and it took only 20 minutes for him to get in and make a new one. Kind, professional, and super speedy!

Pick this company over other locksmiths in the area! Affordable, quick, and a pleasure to work with. Mark and his team saved us tonight! We lost a fob key to a 2024 Nissan Rogue, and he was 1 of the only technicians who could do the job and they got us out of a horrible issue. Thank you a million times over!

Mark save the day!! was here faster than expected and got the job done in a timely manner. Even when faced with a problem with my starter, he adapted and overcame and got the job done with professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend, especially in a tight jam.
