Don’t come to this place,auto paradise I was here there machine cannot clean at all.i was disappointed about the service it won’t clean your car and two Latino cleaner was rude.I’m going to call police for their rudeness.

I paid $68 to have it cleaned inside and out. The dashboard is dirty, the glass is dirty, they didn't clean it. I'm not coming back. More here.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my car washed. I dropped my car off at 9 AM, asked for an exterior and interior cleaning, and specifically mentioned that last time they left some parts dirty. The guy assured me they’d do a good job this time. I came back around 1 PM and the car was still dirty. I asked them to wash it again. Came back at 3 PM—still not done. Came back again around 4 or 5 PM and finally, they had washed it… but it was STILL dirty! I went inside and asked the receptionist to call the manager. Instead, she called the guy who washed my car. Was he actually the manager? No idea. But his words were: “We just put the car through the machine.” I said, “Okay, but if it’s still dirty after the machine, aren’t you supposed to use your hands to clean it?” He apologized and said he’d wash it for the third time. Finally, I returned around 6 PM and he was finishing up the car. I took photos as soon as I got home, and honestly, it looked disgusting. They didn’t even remove the trash inside. Windows were filthy, they didn’t lift the windshield wiper to clean under it, there were leaves and even dried dirt on the glass. The inside door panels were only cleaned after the third wash. “Hand dry”? Non-existent. “Wheel and tire cleaning”? Nope. Even the dashboard had dirty cloth marks from whatever nasty rag they used. Triple wax? Underbody wash? Spot-free rinse? You can clearly see none of that happened. And the most frustrating part — every time I was there, I saw a group of men with big, expensive cars, and their cars were sparkling clean, perfectly detailed. Makes me think the staff here saw I was a woman and just didn’t bother to do a decent job. Disgusting service. I will never, ever return. I used to recommend this place, but now I make sure to warn people and show them the photos of how they left my car. I paid $50 to drive away with garbage inside, dirty windows, bird poop, and plants stuck to my windshield. Embarrassing and disappointing. If you care about real detailing, don’t go here. And if you’re a woman — be extra careful. You’ll just be throwing your money in the trash.

I should have read the most recent reviews. I paid over $100 plus tip to have both the exterior and interior detailed and all they did was to vacuum and cover everything with some sort of product that only made the dirt shiny and the excess accumulated on corners. There is no trace of humidity on any of the seats and they are all dirty like before, just vacuumed. When I asked about it they assured it was shampooed. I brought the car immediately back and they returned it 2 minutes later in the same state but they cleaned the windshield better (had lots of streaks). This is far from detailing, at most it was a quick cleaning and makeup that took over 2 hours and only made it worse. Very unsatisfied. EDIT: I brought it back on the next day, spoke to the local manager and they offered to clean the car better. When I went to check on the car, the touch screen was now damaged!
