I love Big Dan’s car wash! I became a monthly member about 7-8 months ago and it was the best decision. It’s close to where I work so I go a few times a month. The staff is so friendly and welcoming each time! Earl was a kind presence the most recent time I visited. Can’t recommend Big Dan’s enough!! 10/10!

Great place to get your car washed. Always someone there to greet you and assist you. Love all the free cleaning tools for after the wash. I don’t even have to bring a rag to wipe down my interior or exterior!! Love the air to spray out the inside of my car and get all those crumbs outta the seat and crevices! I love it so much I signed up for the monthly!

What I thought was going to be a good review from my experience, turned into a slight nightmare. Although the staff members were AMAZING and very attentive to your questions or needs, I think the automated washing equipment itself might need to be looked into as to how powerful they have the spinning brushes. I thought I was going for the simplest wash (soap and rinse and nothing more since my hood and roof have faded paint), but instead I was left with damages in my vehicle. I normally take my car the the automated car wash next to my house or around the area of where I live (East Orlando), but a family member bragged about Big Dan’s car wash and informed me they even providing interior cleaning in the vacuum parking spots. So I decided to check it out. Their spinning brushes lefts dents and scratches all around my vehicle, driver side mirror was damaged, and roof trims were ripped off my car along with the plastic tips. One of my wipers was cracked in half. And half of my trunk spoiler was ripped off as well. I’m not sure how strong they have the brushes but it needs to be looked into before others experience the same if they have not already and failed to report it. I managed to fix my spoiler by taping it down until I take my vehicle to a body shop for dent and scratch repairs along with my trunk spoiler. But as far as roof trims goes, those will come out of pocket for me. Also, the glass cleaner and interior cleaner hoses they have in the parking stations are of the same solution. Not sure if they were out of interior cleaner and decided to settle with glass cleaner AS an interior cleaner solution, but both hoses contain the same chemicals. Customers like myself might be disappointed if false advertisement if the company is choosing to cut corners with budget and inventory by disguising interior cleaner with glass cleaner since now my dash is stained from the solution as well. Unfortunately I will never go back to this establishment, even though the employees were extremely nice

Love,love,love Big Dan's car wash..Everything works too! The team is very supportive ..my husband goes here daily to clean his jeep.Its overall the perfect car wash for our vehicle. The staff is always asking if we need anything and its summer time and they even give you cold bottles of water.❤️❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
