Had a few bits done here, never again. Took it for a break test somewhere else today after having new rear shoes fitted in February. The place I took it today where flabbergasted to see my new rear shoes had been put on the wrong way round causing all kinds of damage that I now need to pay out a small fortune for again. Not sure how this is even possible or who they have working here at the moment as I've never had any problems before.
Emailed over for a quote to get my heat shield fixed and had a reply almost instantly. I took my car across the same day to have a look at the issue without an appointment. Craig was fantastic, such an amazing help squeezing me in and was able to fix my heat shield within 20mins. 100% will be back for my MOT and servicing in future and any other repairs - highly recommend!
Excellent service. I needed a new window regulator on my mini because it wouldn't open & close. I rang on the Tues and was booked in for the Thurs. Great price too. I'd rang round a few places and Auto Repairs was the cheapest. Williams Mini wanted £144 to look at my car and they couldnt fit me in for 4 weeks. I will definitely use Auto Repairs again. As a woman I'm always worried I'll get ripped off , but not with this garage. Mel the cat lady is fab. Thanks guys.
