It was my first time at this self-service car wash, and I really liked it. Everything worked perfectly, and it was easy to use. I’ll definitely come back.

Good for a quick touch up, but the automatic stall is worn down a bit. The brushes are showing signs of wear. Don't take your nice cars through it. It's convenient on a corner.

I used the self wash, and after using the soap, rinse, spotless rinse, and air dry I noticed my car was covered in residue. It looked like hard water spots. Thinking I just didn’t do a good enough job rinsing my car, I rinsed the whole thing again using the spotless rinse and air dried it with the blower, but the residue remained. After a full hour and $31.45, I drove away with a car that was dirtier than when I started. I will not be returning to this location.

First, the card reader was not operating correctly. Would not accept payment. Second, the "magic spray wand" by Ronco was out of soap. In the past, I have usually found soap an essential component of the washing process. Maybe I am getting old & a non-soap wash is just the "new way." Third, the only source of soap was the brush, which takes longer to use than the rod. That cost me an extra two minutes from my usual routine ... or $2.00. Considering my usual cost is $3.00, that's a 67% increase in cost. Overall, I'll likely go elsewhere next time.
