Absolutely terrible experience with Super Star Car Wash. Their car wash left scratches all over the top of the passenger side of my car, and instead of taking responsibility or even pretending to care, manager Ryan denied my claim without ever bothering to call me. Not even a basic courtesy phone call to discuss the damage. The lack of accountability and customer service is unbelievable. If you damage someone’s vehicle, the bare minimum is to communicate with the customer respectfully and investigate the issue properly. Instead, they just brushed it off and ignored me. I trusted them with my car and regret it completely. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place if you care about your vehicle or expect decent customer service!
