This was my first time visiting Autobell, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I purchased the $50 wash expecting a thorough cleaning, but the interior was not properly wiped down or vacuumed, and the floor mats were left dirty. I even had to request that staff come back twice to address missed areas, yet the car still did not meet the level of service advertised. I ended up grabbing a cloth and spray at their location to start cleaning my own car. First impressions matter, and based on this one, I do not plan to return.

Standard car wash, but the staff were pretty through wiping down and vacuuming the inside of the car! I honestly forgot what the screen inside my car looked like clean! They gave me the opportunity to look it over and let them know if they missed anything or to give another area a bit more attention. All for $38, pretty good deal!

I am disappointed that I even have to leave this review here but… I dropped my vehicle off at autobell specifically at the Norfolk location on Virginia Beach blvd today I did drop my car off around 7:30pm mind you they do close at 8pm I was expecting to get the service I paid for but I assume the team was in a rush being that they were closing in 30 minutes So if you take you vehicle for a clean make sure it’s not 30 minutes out because they’ll give you a 5 minute vaccum and maybe wipe something down

Here lately, I have not been happy with the service I’ve been getting from this location. They never cleaned the inside of the car very well. Everything is just a quick wipe down. I have to ask them can they go back over it or they just leave it I will leave some pictures. This is what the car look like on the inside after me just leaving the car wash and asking them to wipe it down again. Not to mention, I paid $90 a month for the membership and I used to tip very well and once the service slacked off my tips slacked off

I had an excellent experience at Autobell Car Wash today! A huge shout out to Aiden, the technician who took care of my Chevy—his attention to detail was top-notch. From start to finish, everything was spotless. The exterior shine was perfect, and the interior looked and smelled brand new. Aiden was not only thorough but also professional and courteous throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Great customer service, super clean results, and an overall smooth visit. Highly recommend—ask for Aiden if you want your vehicle looking its best!
