Charged for work that was completely unnecessary on the car or even requested. The issues that needed fixing were made very clear. Unfortunately only realised this several months later when I looked at the receipt again. Won't use them again

Booked my car in for a leak to the cooling system. Cost £600 and still had leak when went to collect. Told to bring back in, was then told couldn’t find a leak when it’s dripping out of bottom. Still have a leak, and found the whole experience unpleasant.

When work needs doing they accept jobs straight away and keep me updated on costs and when job is done. Having an ageing car and a busy job, they offer a great dependable / reliable service and although a bit far off from home, worth the extra few miles.
