My truck went off the track and Charlie the manager said the employee that directed me onto the track was 2 weeks new. They claimed I was braking and he contradicted his own story when I told him “my taillights aren’t even on”. As brake lights come on when someone brakes. He said “I see that”. Acknowledging that it was true what I was saying anyways all in all we got my truck back on the tracks and when I finally pulled off when the truck was washed, the rear wheels were shaky and felt off immediately. I am no mechanic but I am no dummy either. My mechanic confirmed it and was damaged. Charlie said he was going to put a claim in and wrote down my email and my phone number. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard nothing from either Charlie or his boss as he claimed. Very frustrating. I will leave the video attached.

I have the monthly pass and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't it's very inconsistent and I've made several complaints about it and was told it's fixed.....we'll I'm having the same issue 😕 Management reached out to me and saying that they're trying to fix the issues so hopefully it'll get resolved.
