Extremely bad communication regarding entering the wash. Not standard expectations of machine car washes.

The staff is polite and kind, and the equipment works well. However, the membership system needs improvement. They require cancellation 7 days before the renewal date, which feels excessive for a monthly service, especially when the introductory offers are advertised as “cancel any time.” I canceled 5 days before renewal and was still charged. I was told refunds for a “late cancellation” are not approved by district managers. A local manager also advised me not to cancel too early because, although you technically still have washes through the end of the month you paid for, their system will not scan you in and an employee has to manually override it each visit. I was told the ideal time to cancel is exactly 8 days before renewal, which seems unnecessarily complicated. Subscriptions should be just as easy to cancel as they are to start, and that unfortunately was not the case here in my experience.
