I've brought my wife's volvo here more than a few times to get it worked on. The team is friendly, honest, and extremely fair with pricing. I couldn't recommend these guys more.
I always go to Autoworks to get my oil changed and they always do a great job. During the most recent oil change they noticed I needed new brakes. Their price was good and they did a nice job. Thanks Autoworks, you're a trusted mechanic shop!
4 hrs later and probably 30 mins of work justifies $120 for a diagnostic check to tell me what I knew already and then price gauged for 3 times what it would cost me. Crazy and done for less than 200 bucks but with this it doubled the cost. Diagnostic cost should at least reflect the work, it was an engine check, it was a door?
Amazing service, brought a car in from craigslist for a pre-purchase check last minute and they were able to fit me in on their schedule with ease. They were able to bring up previous damage history on the car, warn me of multiple damages the car had, and they even sent me a text afterwards with recommendations on the car buying process and a free check for the next time I came in. If I find another car in Aurora to buy, this is the place I'll be taking it to. 10/10 well done guys and thank you
I came to this shop on 10/24/25 to get a battery installed in my Cadillac and I'll never go back due to a rude employee by the name of John (Johnny). First of all $75 to install a battery without a warranty on installation is bogus! I think it was because I purchased a battery from Advanced Auto Parts, instead of them. Why the hell would I want to pay more, when I can pay less, by purchasing the battery elsewhere???! Now when I was presented the receipt and saw "no warranty" I was taken aback. Johnny said he explained that over the phone, but I thought he was talking about something else. When he explained it to me, he was SO DAMN RUDE, which in turn made me extremely upset. So, I just left with my receipt and didn't say bye to the girl at the front desk, who was a little rude herself. How about y'all (Johnny and the girl at the front desk) work on y'all's customer service skills, before you provide service? I also heard the dude who installed my battery say something about my alternator, but what he said wasn't relayed to me, so hopefully my alternator is okay...
