Man, I hope the other stores are more friendly. I came into the store on a Sunday to quote numerous stuff I will need very soon for my project car. Just had to come here to say if you have the chance just go elsewhere. The customer service quality is not at this store; I go to say this because it’s more demanding of what they want done and not what the customer is looking for. 2/1/26 Oh and if you’re going to reply to my review at least give me a discount.

Jeremy did an awesome job installing the LED air vents on my Mercedes. The car looks amazing, and the work was done very professionally. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Bryce did me SOLID!! I am a DYI kinda guy and had installed a new Double Din stereo head unit in my 2000 Ford F250. That damn thing has an 8' bed and the RCA cable for the backup camera was about 2' too short. Went to Car Toys. Met Bryce at the counter and they didn't have anything in the show room that would work. Bryce went to the back of the shop and dug around for about 10 min. He found the cable and adapter that I needed. It was exactly what I needed to finish the install. Thanks again Bryce!

Two stars because of installation. For the amount of money I paid for a car alarm system and install I expect wires to be connected properly and not just wrapped around another wire. I mean crimp connectors and heat shrinks are pretty common practice and should be for a professional installation, I have none of those. Here you just get wires wrapped around loosely and throw a little electrical tape. I had this installed two days ago and the electrical tape is already falling off due to the heat from the car being parked. If you get stuff installed I would definitely double check their work because I wouldn’t trust their word.
