Scott is extremely knowledgeable with power chairs and has helped me on several occasions solving hard to diagnose problems. He helped me on Saturday when my seat tilt was stuck. He has also helped figure out electrical problems that my insurance provider, National Seating, were never able to diagnose. Scott is definitely the guy to go to if you’re having an unusual problem or something that your regular mechanic cannot fix.
Great company to deal with. I text them to inquire about replacement wheels for my Quickie manual wheelchair. I'm new to this being in a wheelchair and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get what I needed at a great price.
I can't say enough about them! I bought my power chair elsewhere, but when it needed repairs, that company wouldn't/couldn't help me. I found Avia through a Google search and I'm so happy that I did! Excellent customer service and prices. I had the repairs done in my home and they did a great job! Prices were so much better than I expected! I'll be a lifer with them for sure!
Everything was positive. Avia mobility not only met my expectations, but went above and beyond. Returning phone calls and texts in an expedient manner. Scott came out personally and helped my dad with the chair. My dad had a leg amputated above the knee. Scott’s personal involvement meant the world to my dad. It’s been over a year now and he still can’t stop talking about how awesome his experience was. Scott repaired a used chair Donated to him by the VA. Compassionate effort was given and positive results achieved. Avia mobility helped give my father his “freedom again” to leave the house and enjoy the community and friends he grew up with. Thank you! Paul W.
They advertise lots of scooters on craiglist for sale, new and used, but when you get there they don't know what you are talking about. After 2 phone calls to them where i left messages and 1 text message in about 10 days time with no response i decided to go in person. The no returned calls should have been my clue to the disorganization. You could not tell what was for sale because if the clutter of parts and scooters that were there to be repaired. Kind of reminds one of a Sanford and sin junk yard. If there was a scooter you wanted to look at, you couldn't pull it out to look at it. No room. In fact, barely enough room to walk. Salesman couldn't answer questions about weight capacity, battery life, weight of heaviest piece of scooter, etc. I saw one I might have been interested in but battery was dead. Asked salesperson if he had a new battery to put in so I could test it but no because if a new battery was put in then it would be considered "used" then and they couldn't sell it to anyone. What, what? Are they really in the business to sell scooters? I don't see how.
