This place is great. The range of products is amazing considering how small the store is. The woman working when I went in (on a Saturday - 30 minutes before closing) was extremely helpful & even allowed me to take a couple of things out to the car to show my roommate. Any questions I had were quickly answered - even a few I didn't know I should be asking. I initially went to get a few things for my mom but saw stuff the roomie needed, too. She even took a call from someone whom she offered to stay open later to accommodate. Wonderful customer service! Definitely will return. Highly recommend.
Its been a blessing to have a local medical supply store that we can go in and buy what you need THE SAME DARN DAY. We ask questions, we get samples, we get information for all things wheelchair, bathroom items, incontinence supplies. Prices are surprisingly reasonable and even better than drug store. The service is excellent.
The people at my home medical are exemplary! They have shown kindness while doing business over 7 years. Everything is always in stock and if they are not they will let us know when the supplies arrive. We order gloves, bathroom items and ADL things. Don't you dare go anywhere else 😊
Renter beware- I went in to rent a knee scooter thinking i would need it two weeks. I only used it 5 days. They would not give me any credit for the week I pre payed for and the scooter was back with them. Never was i told if i brought it back early there would be no refund. So they charged me 75.42 to rent a scooter for 5 days. Not what i would say as good customer service.
Although they are very professional and nice, it is frustrating that their inventory is so low and prices so high. I recently went in for a 3 wheel walker and had recently been quoted 239.00, they had none. I live in Citrus Heights and had purchased my first 3 wheel walker 2 years ago at 189.00 so I was shocked at the price but this was a gift for my sister-in-law. I will never purchase from this location again as a 50.00 difference is way too much. Went to Bischoffs in Roseville and they had different colors and the cost was 189.00, the same price I paid 2 years ago.
