Amazing brunch spot. Great food, fresh ingredients, friendly staff and a really nice atmosphere. I loved the fact that the waitress told us we had to wait 20-30 minutes for our food - it gave us an option to leave if we wanted to eat quicker/elsewhere. One of the best cafes I’ve tried in Melbourne. Will definitely be back.

I ordered the Tainan style breakfast and a cup of coffee. The coffee was solid, pretty much on par with what you’d get at most good cafés. The breakfast, though, was a bit disappointing in terms of authenticity. I was born in Taiwan, and honestly, the dish wasn’t even 10% close to the real breakfast in Tianan. No wonder no one has posted about this dish before. Having say that, it did still taste good. Perhaps the owner just wanted to highlight the city’s name rather than recreate the traditional flavour. Overall, it’s a nice restaurant and definitely worth giving a try. The only downside is that the location was a bit confusing to find.

The heat rush scrambled egg was sensational and one of the best I’ve had in the city. That hot sauce was beautiful and complex with the added on spicy chorizo it was a dish I will dream about. Wonderful and friendly staff. Plenty of board games too

Lovely cafe, perfect for all avocado lovers! I ordered the avo chookie with scrambled eggs - fresh and tasty, with avocado that was so creamy. I also had a large iced latte with almond milk - the coffee was average for me, but still enjoyable. If I lived in Melbourne, I’d be sad that they’re only open on weekends. Hopefully, I’ll be back in the future!

Food is superb. Reasonably priced. It really does look too good to eat! Avocado moment is officially my favourite place to eat out in Melbourne.
