We hired the silver salmon for a suprise 40th wedding anniversary river cruise and we had the best day. Alice and the crew were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, we had a great day out, every single one of our guests absolutely loved it and want to make it a regular occurance. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again for a fab day xxx

It's fun. But the tour should take you deeper into the city. Rather than roaming around the harbor. An open air boat will be a better option. As theirs has no seating options on the top. Just a small open air portion on the boat. Has drinks available on board.

One of the rudest people I have ever spoke to. Called up to get a quote for a boat trip, asked for a bit of discount. Was spoken to very rudely , was told the price is the price and had the phone put down on me. I called back to book full price as their boat was the best that I had researched. Got through to a polite woman who proceeded to the booking. I was asked if it was a mixed group...I explained there were 3 females and 27 males, but being rowdy would not be an issue. I was put through to the manager, who was the guy who hung up on me the day before. He told me he doesn't need to take a group of lads up the river for a 'piss up' and told me previous he will not take the booking (which he never). After raising his voice to me and not listening to me at all he hung the phone up on me the second time. I am now left with no booking. The way I was spoken to on the phone by this man was ridiculous, I really hope people read this and not book with this compay. Rude and Sexist
