My lacrosse team and I go up a few times a year for tournaments and do our team workouts here. Eric is always welcoming and keeps the place meticulous. The atmosphere is very friendly, and Eric is intent on helping you reach your goals 10/10 any day of the week.

The gym is perfectly organized and extremely clean. The guy at the front desk is a very friendly. The music is perfect and it’s not packed. They have every machine to work out every muscle.

I had a long drive back up to Delaware from North Carolina and decided to stop by and check out this gym. 100% worth it. Every gym equipment/machine is arsenal iykyk & the best gym attachments. The owner Eric makes you feel a part of the community and you can tell just how much work he puts into keeping the equipment well maintained. Wish I stayed around the area it would be my go to spot! Check it out

Wow! This has to be the cleanest gym I’ve ever stepped into. What a great place to work out. Eric does a phenomenal job of making everyone feel warm and welcome, and the standard he holds his gym to is impressive. Even the weights are put back in perfect upright position. I also love that he encourages members to leave positive affirmations on the wall for everyone to see. It creates such a positive and motivating atmosphere. We were just passing through Virginia Beach on our way to Key West, but this spot left such a great impression that we’ll definitely be back!
