They care deeply about your growth and transformation in becoming a better version of yourself that you can be proud of. I can truly say that this place feels like home and it's changed my life. Side note, the gym is in tip top shape and very clean.

When my 14 year old expressed interest in boxing a couple months ago I dived right in to finding the right place. After just one meeting with Coach G my son felt comfortable and respected as a person not a child. As a single mother I am pleased to hear the advice given by Coach G reflects my own words to my son and reinforces the positive values I hope to instill in him as he becomes a man. In addition, after only 2 months, my son has expressed interest in healthier eating and sleeping habits with the realization that they will contribute to his success in training. The environment is very positive and supportive. I couldn’t be happier with this investment of time and money for my son’s physical and mental wellbeing.
