Bringing my business to self-made Was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s not very often that you find such a great gym with high-quality equipment, amazing people, and other driven trainers. All of my clients feel safe and taken care of here and love the gym. The owner’s pour their heart into this place and are always devoted To making sure you have the best experience possible. Can’t recommend recommended enough.

The facility is amazing! It’s as big as a 24 hour fitness but private. Love the added amenities the massage therapist was a great dude. The facility manager G was GREAT super kind and very welcoming. Love the atmosphere

My wife and I were looking for a gym and a trainer that could help our daughter prepare to take the US Air Force Academy Candidate Fitness Assessment. This fitness test is an important step in the highly competitive USAFA application process, and our high schooler wants to be ready. We have been to “big box” gyms and have worked with other trainers in the past. During our search last fall, we spent considerable time meeting with multiple trainers at different locations, but it was a challenge to find the right fit. A friend finally referred us to Jon Singleton at SMTF. When we met with Jon to discuss our daughter’s goals, she bonded with him immediately and we knew we found the right trainer and the right place. Jon is a not only a phenomenal athlete and trainer, but more importantly, he is a force for good and has become one of the pillars in our daughter’s life. We have seen positive growth, not only in her physical strength, but in her mindset and approach to taking on challenges, as well. It wasn’t long until I made the decision to also train with Jon at SMTF and it has been an equally rewarding experience for myself. SMTF is not your typical “off the shelf” gym. The trainers and clients at SMTF are hard working and dedicated people. Owners Anthony and Damien are great guys and they run a reputable business. Their gym is clean and is never overcrowded. It is said that success builds on success, and I see it everytime I go to SMTF. If you’re wanting to do better than the big box gym and you’re serious about getting stronger, SMTF is probably just what you’re looking for.

My daughter comes to Self Made and gets trained by Jordan for volleyball and I can’t say enough great things about him!!!! His attitude and personality make it super easy to feel comfortable around him, which is great, especially for teens. He is incredibly knowledgeable & holds our girl accountable during their sessions. Always pushing her to meet her goals and push herself to get as much out of her workout that she can. Her strength has improved immensely and she went from barely seeing the court to being a starting, six rotation player and we owe a lot of the success to her training with Jordan. We are bringing my son to him in the off season for wrestling and we cannot wait to see the impact it has. We cannot recommend Jordan enough! We tell everyone we know, who has kids in sports about him and all the great things he’s doing!!!!!
