I went in for a world of wellness 60 minute massage & I feel like the experience I paid for was well worth it. The gentleman who did my massage was very attentive to the areas I needed work on, had an amazing attitude, & was super respectful! Dave is a star! After my massage I spent about another 3 hours enjoying the various amenities inside of the spa and relaxed some more. The staff throughout the entire spa was very kind as well! It’s a clean facility, woman’s locker room is nice! I loved every second of my experience today & left very relaxed.

29 November 25 I want to start by saying the facility has a beautiful ambiance and great amenities. However, my experience today was disappointing. I arrived around 10 a.m. A group of men checked in behind me and remained extremely loud the entire time. I was hoping staff would step in and enforce a quiet atmosphere instead of leaving it up to other guests to decide whether to speak up. My service was fine, but for nearly $700 for a two-hour treatment, I expected to leave without the same pain in my focus areas. I didn’t feel much relief afterward. After the service, the amenities felt more like a public community pool than a spa—crowded and loud. In the foot spa area, one customer was scrolling on his phone with the volume up and even going through photos of the pools, despite the clearly posted “no photos” signs. I overheard from another server that the food can be boxed in the back and taken to the front desk to be picked up later, so I wanted my food boxed to go, and my server simply brought me containers to pack it myself. I had to put my food in my locker, so I got to enjoy the smell of Caesar salad with my clothes afterward. The salt room was full, the pools were full, seating was limited. It didn’t feel relaxing—it felt chaotic, overcrowded, and poorly managed. To end the day, I showered and couldn’t find facial products. I asked the staff, and they told me there was no face wash available. Luckily they had face lotion, but bottle was empty and there wasn’t more available…in the whole…SPA. I literally had to shake out what was left in the container. Then I asked for heat protectant to use the…heat…styling tools—none. I ended up just using one of their cheap Conair blow dryers and calling it a day. I’ve been to many spas, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had. For what I paid, I expected higher standards. I would recommend a local spa like Red Rock over this one. Very disappointing, especially for the price. I could have had a much better experience off-strip at any other local spa.

I had a fantastic massage/spa experience here. Sergio took great care of me from the start, and my masseuse gave me the best massage of my life. It occurred to me to write this review now, three weeks later, because I've had none of my usual lower back pain since that massage. All the facilities were clean, beautiful, and in excellent condition. The snacks were delicious. The sauna experience was unique (in a good way.) Coming to Awana straight from the airport, putting my phone away, and relaxing here for a few hours was the perfect way to start my Vegas vacation.

People need to be nicer to the staff here, they are very amazing and doing a great job! Candace crushed and grinded me to pieces during the Thai massage, much needed! She was very up front and made the experience very comfortable and welcoming. The staff member who did the tour was thorough and gave great advice, I believe her name was Tina (she convinced to try to the cold plunge and it was worth it). I think I paid a reasonable price for the amenities, space, spa session, and the tiny details that made my worries melt away, enjoyed it very much!

AWANA is well worth your time and your money, the amenities alone are reason enough to come here! Even though our 60 minute World of Wellness Massage was on the pricier side, we left knowing it was justified! The Coed spaces here are absolutely phenomenal, there’s an experiential sauna, heated crystal room, climate showers and 4 pools varying from a cold plunge to a jacuzzi spa! The gender specific sides of the spa are also incredible, each with their own jacuzzi spa, climate showers, and steam rooms! The staff was also incredibly helpful here, and my massage therapist was terrific, she had tons of experience from working at other spas on The Strip! The bar has been set very high by AWANA, and we highly recommend visiting here! *NOTE: all photos were taken at closing time*
