I am beyond impressed with this jeweler and their level of craftsmanship and integrity. We walked in on a Saturday, close to closing, without an appointment, needing a repair on my wedding ring wrap. Not only were they willing to take a look, but they went above and beyond in every possible way. They repaired the wrap and even offered to properly affix it to my band, taking the time to explain what would look best and ensure the strongest, most beautiful outcome. I was very clear that I understood the time constraints and would accept a less-than-perfect job if needed — and they absolutely refused to compromise on quality. That alone says everything about their standards. Despite the limited time, they completed the repair and affixed the wrap the same day, and it came out absolutely perfect. As an added bonus, they cleaned my ring as well, which was such a thoughtful touch. The professionalism, honesty, and pride they take in their work is rare. They treated my wedding ring with the care and respect it deserves, even when it would have been easier to rush or cut corners. I couldn’t be more grateful and will recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a jeweler they can truly trust.

I stopped by Awesome Jewelry on my daughter’s behalf to have several inherited pieces appraised. Since she lives out of town, I wasn’t sure what to expect regarding timing or availability, but the experience exceeded my expectations. Breezy greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful—providing values for each piece, cleaning some items, offering options, helping sort costume jewelry, and even suggesting donation options. We chose to repair one piece, and within a week I received a text that it was ready. When I returned, the store was busy, yet Breezy acknowledged me right away and kept me informed of a brief wait. She clearly explained the repair and how to inspect the piece. The repaired item looked beautiful and was thoughtfully wrapped. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their work. Excellent service and quality craftsmanship—highly recommend.
