Dalton Waller performed our service twice. We have had issues with fire ants. He was very conscientious and thorough. After our last service, he said he would come back in two weeks to check on the progress. He stayed true to his word and returned . Dalton took his time and answered all our questions. Thank you Dalton for providing a 5 star professional job! 1/24 update. Stephanie from Axiom called us today to schedule a follow up appointment. She was delightful and helpful. Joey is AWESOME. He is simply the most thorough tech. Joey does not cut any corners I am the last job of the day for Joey and without a doubt he is consistently doing EXACTLY what I am paying for. Joey is polite and kind so at the end of the day knowing pest control is coming answering the door and seeing Joeys face is so refreshing. Always smiling never in a rush will answer any questions I might have. Axiom has been great so far. Dalton was very helpful and kind during his visit today. They have great customer service and quick availability. We just signed up for a 24-month plan to get rid of roof rats (which we acquired upon purchasing our home) and other bugs, although we do not see many bugs inside at all. Less now :) Much appreciated!
