06/16 - I raised my rating from 1 star to 3 after receiving a phone call apologizing and admitting to their mistake, without trying to put the blame on me. I appreciate the gesture. 05/22 - I cannot recommend this company based on the treatment I got. First I tried contacting them through their website to make an appointment for a free consultation. They never got back to me. I called to make an appointment, got one but had to wait 3 weeks. I had scheduled my appointment for a saturday, which their website says they do, I made sure of this with the lady on the phone. I go there, and there is no-one, and nobody answering the phone. So I pretty much got ghosted twice, as well as wasted almost a month of my time! I feel this is very unprofessional. It's a shame because they are very close to me and I would have loved to do business with them.

I highly recommend AZ Southwest CPA Services Pllc! We needed help with our 2020 federal and Colorado tax returns. They were a huge help! We used H&R Block in the past and AZ SW CPA was definitely more thorough in getting us all of the deductions that were available to us. They also helped us with tax planning going forward. I won't go anywhere else for my taxes! Thom and Tonia take great care of me, like I am family. They are very professional, and answer any question that I have tax related or otherwise! They've even guided me through starting my own business and the new tax venture that that brings. I never have to worry about tax season again with AZSWCPA!

My company moved to AZSWCPA when our previous accountant retired and we have been very happy. I feel that an accountant needs to excel in two areas: 1) professional, responsive, accurate and 2) clever and foresightful high-level strategic thinking. I have found AZSWCPA excels in both.

As a small business owner, Tom and Tom have taken SO much of the stress out of tax planning! They constantly communicate with me, are very clear on what is needed and when, and they have really helped me understand and minimize my tax liability. I highly recommend them to any local business!
