I have placed my order on 4th and they said they would deliver it within jan 7 to 13, I have not received any update ever since. Called the customer care number, can’t reach out to them either. My wedding is in 5 days and have no clue if i am even going to get my dress. Disappointed. This is is my first order with azazie with such a bad experience

Terrible customer experience . They outsource all production to china and have very little oversight of shipping these products into the US to their customers. I paid for a full suit and never received it after months of waiting and was told by the customer service to wait for the item and then submit for a return. The item still hasn’t arrived. This doesn’t help me as the suit is needed for a wedding. They could have sent a replacement if the original was lost in transit. Absolutely terrible company, buyer beware, take your money elsewhere I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

First of all, this factory is not in USA soil. I ordered a beautiful dress and what I got was a potato sac. It took more that 12 days to receive it, I try to cancel in the mean time, but they will not let me. I sent pictures of the disaster and they didn't like my pictures and demanded pictures from all angles and measurements I submitted. Then they came back and want pictures of me taking the measurements, like I sent wrong measurements. They only want to give me $75 to have it altered, when all the top part needs to be re-do. I'm not in China o Phillipene that's so inexpensive to do alterations. Not a serious and responsible company

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and people need to know how unethical Azazie is — especially for something as important as a wedding dress. I ordered a custom-sized wedding dress with accurate measurements (32” bust, 25.5” waist, 36.5” hips). The dress arrived severely mis-sized (26” bust with no stretch, 24” waist, 32” hips). A professional tailor confirmed the dress was altered incorrectly and my measurements were accurate. Instead of taking responsibility, Azazie demanded photos of my body wearing the dress to “investigate.” This is completely illogical — the issue is the garment’s measurements, not my body — and especially concerning in an age of AI and data misuse, where body photos can be easily repurposed. I even offered to ship the dress back so they could measure it themselves, but they refused. They ultimately refused to accept the dress back and issued only a partial refund for a dress that is completely unwearable. This was my wedding dress, and Azazie showed zero accountability. I strongly discourage anyone from trusting them with custom sizing. P.S. I only attached some of the word conversations, there are so many more, and I have a record of all of them.

I used Azazie for all of my bridesmaids dresses for my wedding and it was perfect! I had to do a custom size for my two youngest sisters but everyone else in the party was able to utilize the try on then buy option. So many different styles- great selections and everyone looked beautiful! I also purchased all of the men’s ties and they were great quality.
