Spencer in service is a gem! As a new bike owner trying to fix some things on my bike, he offered advice, knowledge and the tools and to get me started. Will definitely return!

The two workers couldn't be bothered to pause their conversation to greet the only customer in the store or offer any help. Only when I was leaving she STOOD BETWEEN ME AND THE DOOR to ask if I was looking for something. Did she think I was stealing or something?? I was with my grandpa for Christ's sake.

I’ve been coming to this bike shop for 4 years now, and I have never left unsatisfied. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, don’t be scared to ask questions. For this experience Britney helped me out by helping me choose my future bike. Highly recommended
