Place is a scam, dropped off a control board and also paid 50$ for a rush, didn’t hear back from them for awhile to I reached on and they hadn’t even gotten to it yet so what’s the point in a rush, they dig into it and say they can’t repair the part because they aren’t able to pull it apart, still cost me 150$ for maybe 20 mins of actual work by them, will not be back, DO NOT GO HERE!

I could not have asked for a better experience. . My business with B -Tech was because of a very upsetting water issue in my basement. The people I dealt with, Leslie and Casey in setting up my appointment and Keat for the inspection, were all professional but most important they were kind, compassionate, patient and understanding. A must when dealing with stressful household incidents and disruptions. It was a pleasure dealing with these lovely human beings.

I had an old karaoke machine that was skipping badly. They didn't have to take it, they don't take retail but the boss said, leave it, I'll take a look. They fixed it and didn't charge me!!! It felt like I had gone back in time 50 years where good will meant a lot! And today, it still does.
