I had a Samsung TV LED bar light issue that I req. help with. Bestech was able to help me with this issue that allowed me to get my TV up and running again. They were grate to work with, very happy with their service.

This has been the best electronics repair experience in decades. I thought repairing electronics was officially dead when manufacturers started building devices with obsolescence as a mandate. But after having 2 televisions fail with in the warranty period and one after warranty I was determined to prove that they could not be fixed before I just recycled them. I was refered to Bestech by Visions Electronics and was completely surprised when they took the TVs in and were back to me in a few days with pricing and estimated time of repair. The staff was incredibley courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Both televisions of different brands were both repaired on time and the non warranty TV was at a very reasonable price. So glad I found this repair shop and would definitely recommend them to at least get your devices looked at before just throwing them away. They seem very determined to help salvage electronics. Well done Bestech!

Previously I have had TVs replaced on warranties and TVs repaired on warranties. It is true that TVs do not last like the older (or much older) TVs but there have been times when a TV goes into repair and I wonder if in fact something was done to it or was it returned as is. I must say not only did Bestech repair the TV with a NEW motherboard but the picture quality and sound are much better. This has made me repair 2 more TVs with them that are not under warranty. Have your TV repaired by someone who knows what they are doing and will do something about it too.

After 2 hrs and 50 minutes with two different Samsung troubleshooters, I called Bestech. (Which I admit both Samsung reps suggested As my closest service centre). The fellow I spoke with (Tanvir) solved my sound issue in less than 12 minutes and a lot of that time was me chatting! I highly recommend them👍👍

Like others have said, the communication here is extremely poor. I was recommended this place by another business when my Xbox Series X suddenly stopped turning on. I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days for a diagnosis. After 6 days with no update, I called and was told there was a delay and they would need a couple more days, which was fine. Nearly another week went by with no word, so I called again. This time I was told a board needed replacing and that they would call me the next day with an estimate. That call never came. I waited through the weekend, called Monday morning, and spoke with the same person, who then said she would have to check with the tech to find out what was wrong, even though she had already told me about the board replacement. Another two days passed before I called again, only to be told the part had come in and they had already tried installing it, but it still did not work. No call about the cost, no approval, nothing. Just like other reviewers have mentioned, this shop seems to have a habit of performing repairs without communicating pricing or getting customer consent. In the end, my console was with them for three weeks for what was supposed to be a simple 3 to 5 day diagnosis.
