⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Babcock is an absolute gem! I went in today and let me tell you the store is pristine and beautifully curated with so many wonderful things to buy. Every employee welcomed me warmly, and the service was beyond excellent. They even gift-wrapped my purchases to perfection. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience—I can’t wait to go back!

Customer service was very professional. I loive out of state (serial states away) and this was the only shop I could find that sold the glasses I wanted. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery and they arrived precisely at 8 weeks. They were extremely well packaged with all glasses intact. I was very worried I would have multiple breaks and have to wait for replacements but everything turned out perfect. I am extremely pleased with the service I received through the ordering process and delivery service.

Great merchandise and good experience if they have what you need and you aren't bothered being followed. Prices are a bit of a sticker shock. You are paying for the amenities. The customer service isn't what it used to be. They "put on airs" too much and over sell the experience of shopping at a more upscale store. I made a comment on a facebook post which was subsequently removed about "free gift wrap". I guess it isn't my kind of store since the move to the new location and change in service.

Lovely shoppe. It was casual chic and high-end elegance all in one. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were eager to assist us and made us feel welcome. A kind lady helped me with fine china and a very nice gentleman spoke with us and finished our sale. I will be back to look for special items in this store again. 👌🍽

This gift shop is a gem. The sales people are snobby AF but I've never been disappointed in the selection. The pottery and crystal are what I've bought most often. I know it's a standard for old Memphis money to have a bridal registry here. It's not disappointing in any of their selection. I always have difficult people with refined tastes to buy for..And this is where I come!
