Can't get books sent. Lousy customer service. No one there can answer any questions. Sad

University of Memphis was better when I went there. This store was the hangout in 2007 to 2012, matter of fact it was so great I would stay on campus later than I had to. Now, it feels different, like my school got a Michael Jackson skin-color change or something.

A buzzing university campus, one I was utterly unaware of, even having been around and in Memphis many times and for quite a while- this enclave somehow retains a university campus feel amid an ensemble of metro landscape.

I went in and asked for a hardbound lab notebook. They said they had no idea what I was asking for. Refused to let me walk up and down the isles and look. I had no coat on or anything except a T-shirt, and nothing in my hands so there’s no way I could have shoplifted I showed him pictures on the Internet. Zero interest in me or what I needed and would not let me walk up and down the isles to find it. Totally unacceptable. Stay away from this place.

My daughter's new school is amazing and we couldn't be more proud of her! The bookstore has everything she needs for school and since she is living on campus, this is comforting to know. And it even has a Starbucks :D
