Radiator came back with bent fins. Also, missing the radiator screw to hold it in place, Im pissed. Edit: They called me and did make it right giving me a new cooler, i was very angry at the time and the motherboard was brand new, but i do not know 100% how it was damaged. I really appreciate these guys making it right. I do recommend.

I spoke on the phone with them before ever dropping my laptop off to let them know the issue was the charging port which was broken. The exact model was given to them and they said to bring it in and they would be able to fix it. After numerous days they instead choose to call me to say that the issue is a broken charging port despite the fact that I was already aware of this. The next day I get a call letting me know that they were unable to find replacement parts online and could not do anything about it. Despite not doing anything for me or my laptop they decided to charge $50 for the inspection which brought zero results, and when I explained this the guy simply wanted to say "well I have to pay my guys." That is not my problem and I will most likely be disputing this charge with my bank due to the fact that an inspection charge was never brought to my attention or made apparent beforehand.

Decent prices and great customer service. I like that the owner does not overprice his items a lot like other stores around the area do. Owner is a great person and looks honest. He has some decent parts to build your own low budget computer system if needed.

The motherboard in my computer stopped working, so, I called Bakersfield Bytes. These guys are amazing, customer service is great. Sam guided me through my options and offered expedited service (which I recommend). He made all the process easy and went above and beyond my expectations. The owner end up delivering a day before the computer was supposed to be done. I just want to say thank you! Your service is amazing! Will definitely come back for any computer needs!

Made my repair very detailed and to the point and repaired my laptop monitor pretty quickly for a good reasonable price. Definitely will come back and recommend people to use for their technology needs.
