Samsung's policy of not allowing for specific portions of a phone to be repaired is predatory beyond belief. I could have had a working, usable phone for around $210, was even willing to pay around $400 if it got my charging port fixed. There is no reason a single camera needed to be fixed on that day. Never purchasing from Samsung again.

I was considering taking my camera here to get fixed. I called twice to ask if they offer the type of repair I needed. I didn't get to speak to a human- it was an automated system...which repeated the same question over and over again. It started by asking me what I needed help with. I answered and it would start to reply, but then it would cut back to the original question. After about 4 rounds of that I hung up and tried again. Same exact experience. Not going to a repair shop that has a messed up automated phone system.
