Website CLEARLY says cakes can be ordered over the phone for pickup next day. Tried calling and person said no, you need to come in and order, then come in again the next day to pick up. I would've been happy to give a credit card over the phone to hold it, that's reasonable (and yes, we said that). At least remove where it says can be ordered over the phone...
