Balanced Bookkeeping had been doing my books for years. I called today because I had never received the packet to prepare for taxes and they told me they were downsizing so they weren’t going to prepare my taxes anymore. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve let me know this sooner. In my opinion this is a very bad business practice!
