Balboa Fence have a variety of products to meet new City of San Diego zone zero requirements that are not only legal, but will also fit your insurers requirements for non-combustible fencing and gates within 5ft of your house. Partner Will Kaner saw the handwriting on the wall a year ago for more noncombustible options - he will not try to sell you fencing that doesn't meet the new codes. My neighbor and I selected an open steel powder coated fence and gates that we could afford, and yet still look nice. Pricing was competitive and knowledge was excellent. They met their timeline and were very customer service oriented. Pricing includes tear down and haul away of old fencing, no hidden add ons. Professional, pleasant and quality work. Highest recommendation, will use again (for the other side of our yard for a fence shared with a different neighbor.

Carlos and Roger did an excellent job installing our black fencing. They listened to our ideas and worked with us to come up with the best plan and layout. They were patient as we talked thru ideas. Very professional, worked quickly and did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them/the company. We also had a tight timeline and they fit us in which was awesome along with the fair pricing. Also custom made our gate.
