Carlos and Roger did an excellent job installing our black fencing. They listened to our ideas and worked with us to come up with the best plan and layout. They were patient as we talked thru ideas. Very professional, worked quickly and did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them/the company. We also had a tight timeline and they fit us in which was awesome along with the fair pricing. Also custom made our gate.

Balboa fence exceeded my expectations. My neighbor and I had previously used a Balboa fence with custom aluminum. My neighbor conducted thorough research and discovered Balboa fence. This provided us with the opportunity to replace our shared fence and gates with new materials. The fence looks stunning and functions flawlessly. They even accommodated the installation of custom standard handles, allowing me to use a fingerprint sensor and lock code for access. Our project manager, Tyler, was incredibly patient and attentive, waiting patiently for the arrival of our custom order of parts. Once the parts arrived, they completed the project quite swiftly.

Choosing Balboa Fence proved to be a wise decision. Initially, we opted for this company with our neighbors due to its strong reputation for quality materials, but we soon discovered they also had affordable options. Despite this, the level of service we received was commendable. The installation team was polite, although we did encounter issues with scratches on the fence, likely caused by installation, transport, or manufacturing defects. Despite these minor setbacks, Balboa Fence addressed our concerns effectively. Tyler Brand, the Sales Representative, was exceptional throughout the process. I received follow-up communication regarding the resolution, my neighbors shared similar positive experiences. After providing videos and photos of the damage, I received excellent support and replacements from Roger and Albert. I would recommend Balboa Fence without hesitation.
