Extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process of getting a quote, scheduling service, getting the work done/inspected, and providing the documentation necessary to take advantage of Duke Energy rebates. Highly recommend. Top notch work. Very fair on pricing and able to get the work done considerably quicker than other companies I had gotten quotes from.

I am giving Balex Electric a five star rating for a very well deserved service! When making the appointment, they asked questions to make sure the service I needed would be provided and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. When the technicians came out they were very knowledgeable, thorough and polite. They found the issue pretty quickly and re- wired the switch that as it turned out was the issue. They also re- hung the light I was having the issue with. While out on the call, Balex checked all my switches and found a few that were faulty and fixed those. I now feel safe and am happy to recommend this fine company with great employees!
