The work itself was done very quickly and professionally. The electrician Kenny was great! However my issue is regarding the communications and payment. I was told on site by the electrician that it was fine to invoice the payment so that I may forward that payment to the accounting office for my business. The owner/accountant (David) has since then called my phone almost Everyday harassing me for payment and that apparently it should have never been invoiced. Nonetheless, I followed up with our accountant and have reassured him Multiple times that the payment will be made. I understand this is a business, but calling my phone Everyday to harass me on this payment that I was told was fine to be invoiced is highly unprofessional and we will likely not get services done from this vendor again.
This company responded to my request quickly and were able to provide same day service. The technician was highly skilled and worked diligently to complete the task that day. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Mr. Electric was timely, quick and did a great job installing our new hard wired smoke detectors. Very professional and efficient. I’d definitely use them again.
Wonderful company, great communication, very quick & helpful. Had to reschedule twice due to parts not coming on time and they were very understanding, they even came a day earlier than the rescheduled date due to parts finally arriving. Kenny was our tech & he was so friendly, acted like a friend. highly recommend!
Technician Steve Collins came to my house. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He investigated my electrical problem and explained everything very clearly. I felt very confident in his abilities and honesty. Also, Monica (in the office) was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone.
