We had the pleasure of working with Maria and her team for our wedding, and we can’t rave enough about the incredible food and service! The spread she provided was nothing short of amazing. The skirt steak, al pastor, and soy chorizo (for our vegetarian and vegan guests) were to die for, and they were definitely the standouts of the meal. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was, and many even asked if she had a restaurant where they could get more of her food! The buffet line kept moving smoothly, and there was more than enough food for everyone. The Mexican rice, black beans, Mexican corn salad, and guacamole/salsa/chips were all fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. And the kids loved the mac n cheese. Maria was a joy to work with from start to finish. The tasting process was fun and her communication was quick and responsive any time I sent her an email. She checked in with us before packing up, day-of, to make sure everything went well, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for amazing food and a caterer who truly cares about making your event special, look no further than Maria and her team. She's a true Milwaukee gem, and we couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Maria, for helping make our wedding day so unforgettable!
Maria is fantastic to work with and her food is delicious! I would highly recommend her! From the start, she was very helpful coming up with creative menu that would work within our budget. We had 288 guest at the wedding and the food came out piping hot and we received rave reviews from our guests on how much they enjoyed it! In addition, her staff was great - they were efficient and very friendly. They knew the bridal couple was busy taking photos so they even created a mini charcuterie board for them to make sure they had some food to eat before joining the cocktail hour. Such a thoughtful thing to do! She definitely cooks with passion and love and it shows in the food she puts out!
I am late to posting this review, but Ball'n Biscuit Catering did an AMAZING job with our wedding food, and is a must have for any vegetarian-leaning weddings in Wisconsin. Maria was an absolute joy to work with and turned my insane idea of fried tofu and waffles into the most raved about dish of the evening. The food is an absolute crowd pleaser and the service is above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend!
We loved working with Maria and her team at Ball N Biscuit catering and the reviews on the food we had at our wedding could not be more positive. We did things station style and with a heavy vegetarian focus. Everything was so unique (looking at you chocolate chip brioche bun, with goat cheese and blueberry grilled cheese) and equally as delicious. Maria was very easy to work with. She was very responsive, had great ideas and feedback, and was happy to be involved with the planning process by answering any and all questions we had. Food was important for us to get right at our wedding and Ball N Biscuit crushed it. Can confidently say that if you hire Maria and her team, the food at your wedding will be amazing! Maria is amazing! We got her catering done for our wedding and got so many compliments on the food which was delicious and somehow even better then the tasting we did. Not only that but Maria was been so kind, professional, and patient with us through all of our wedding chaos. If your between her and another caterer just go with Ball'n Biscuit you will not regret it!
