I am momentarily in town to attend my daughters 3rd Grade Graduation, and Yes- It’s a thing! I wanted to really commemorate it for her…. After all it’s about the Times you’re There not the Money you spent. I reached out to a few Balloon Boutiques and this one had some cute balloon bouquets and actually answered the phone. A real love persone, no answer machine or reference to a website and they listened and made it happen. They were super fast and my daughter absolutely loved her balloons. I will highly recommend them and they will work with any budget.
