My experience here was a complete nightmare. After a minor accident, they tried to inflate the repair cost to my insurance, almost totaling my car. The repairs took over a month. When I finally got it back, the trunk wouldn't close unless I slammed it shut. I brought it back, waited another 5 days for "parts," and spent 24 hours in the shop for them to "fix" it. The problem is exactly the same. The work is shockingly poor, the delays are unacceptable, and their fixes don't work. I had to pick up my car in the same broken state because I need it for work. Save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable shop. I will never use them again.

My car had a 18 wheeler turn into it shredded the whole driver side, and you can’t tell a thing happen. It made everything right I had a few minor issues that I had to go back for which were taken care of quickly. Overall, the whole experience was painless.

This family owned business is one of the best in Baltimore! Service and quality are the hallmarks! They did a perfect job fixing up my car after someone backed into me. Will use again if I need more body work! Easy to get to from i83 which is nice too!

Things started off smoothly. Baltimore Body Shop and Service was willing to fix damage to my bumper from a minor fender bender. They told me it would take 5 business days. On the fifth business day, I called in the morning to see when my car would be ready for pickup. They told me it would be ready after 12PM. Then, I received an email about the fog light plug at 2PM that day (email attached for review). I thought it was odd since my car had been at their shop for 5 business days and a weekend and this was not noted previously. I refused to get it repaired, and I wanted my car back for the evening. I had to drive to DC that night. After I received my car, I realized that my bright lights did not work and my left turn signal was rapidly clicking. This made me think that something was not right with the car after I picked it up. I scheduled an appointment that evening on the day I got my car back with a different mechanic used by family and friends around the DC area for the following day. It turns out that wires on the driver's side were not reconnected after re-attaching the bumper and harness back on the car. The fog light plug was fine, but the wire to it was cut and needed to respliced for it to be connected again. There were missing bumper clips (see additional bumper clips in the list of materials) that had to be added to the bumper to secure it into place, so my bumper was not even secured to the car after the work had been done to it at the Baltimore Body Shop and Service. There was even a missing bulb from the front of my car! I attached the report from the second mechanic who had to re-plug the wires, reconnect the cut wires, replace bulb, and add the bumper clips to secure the bumper back into place. I had to pay more money to remedy the situation, since it was dangerous to operate my car (bumper could have fallen off; brights did not work; left turn signal was not working - fast clicking sound). If this task cannot be performed well, please do not offer to do it. **Cross-posted to Yelp.**

Did a Great Job on my rear bumper! Competitive pricing. And they let you know before hand what the cost estimate is. They even Washed my car! It looks Great! Although, I did tell them that I hope to NEVER see them Again! Nice people. Took my car in again. A few years after my first time. It's close to my house. And more reasonably priced than the dealer. I want to Especially Thank Tia. Such a Sweetie. I had not realized how Addicted I was to my car. When she told me it would be a little longer than I'd thought, I kind of Freaked Out a little. Tia was So Good. Took it all in stride and kept me up to date. Such a SweetHeart.
