Donna is incredibly friendly and welcoming. She has done a couple of hot waxes for me and they have been the most pain-free waxing experiences I have ever had. I’d highly recommend!

I booked a last-minute appointment and Donna was brilliant! I had a hot wax and it was super quick, almost pain-free, and done in a lovely, relaxed, and warm environment. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

Donna is by far the best aesthetician in Edinburgh. Bamboo boutiques treatment space is always spotless, clean and professional - yet she makes every visit feel relaxed. She’s genuinely very caring about your skin and what is best for you, she always takes the time to talk you through the treatment and never recommends treatments just for the sake of it, which is why I trust her. I use to have really bad acne and she really helped me with it - whether that’s chatting about diet, gut health or a treatment to help it. Donna always makes you feel at ease. She’s very warm, chatty and knowledgable. I always walk out feeling confident and cared for!

1000% recommend bamboo boutique for laser treatment. Donna is not only very professional but she also makes you feel comfortable and listened to. Also, super super happy with my laser journey. Did bikini line and back side and now working on my underarms. Great place to go to !!
