In December 2025, my boyfriend and I went for a massage at the Lush Spa in Edinburgh, both selecting the 'Tailor Made' one. To make it a 'couple's massage' we had to choose the same one to be in the same room. When we arrived, we were greeting by our masseuses (I had Rebecca). They were both incredibly friendly. They began by sitting us in a relaxing room and explaining the inspiration behind the massage, followed by explaining the difference lush massage bars they had which we could choose from. We discussed areas we'd like to work on (I think I said back, particularly shoulders and neck, as well as scalp). When we went into the room, the atmosphere was amazing, catering to all your senses! They poured something into a container underneath our massage beds releasing a cool vapour into the room, which combined with the music/lights really made you feel you were at sea (the theme). The massage itself was the PERFECT balance for me between relaxing and working a bit on knots. She knew exactly what she was doing - it's like she could read my mind when certain areas had more tension than others. We then had a cup of tea after and time to relax in the greeting room at the end. The bathroom in that area also had lots of lush products we could try and we both loved the soap so much that we bought some afterwards! 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend and the quality of the massage/experience/the knowledge of the masseuse made it worth every penny. Kerry gave me an incredible massage yesterday and talked me through the treatment, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. All the staff were absolutely lovely, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning soon and highly recommend it!

I had 2 treatments at the Lush Spa in Edinburgh for my Birthday on 14th December with Miguel. From start to finish the experience was a delight for the senses . Miguel talked me through both treatments & showed me the products that would be used for my Sticky Date Bath followed by The Rewilding Facial . As a Therapist of 33 years myself, I appreciated the attention to detail , it was truly a sensory experience, as well as Miguels care , gentle manner & brilliant massage skills. I will definitely be returning. Thank You for making me feel so looked after . 😊

Amazing all around! I booked a spa treatment for my birthday and I was a bit hesitant at first because I had never gotten a massage before, but I don’t regret at all. All the staff were super friendly, accommodating, and kind. I had the Synaesthesia treatment with an additional bath, as it was on my bucket list for a while. Both treatments were out of this world, so calming, relaxing, and immersive and the atmosphere at the spa was so comforting. Kris, my therapist, made the experience so memorable for me, while being respectful and professional at all times. If you were thinking of getting a spa treatment here definitely do it, it’s such a lovely place ✨

I had the Tangled Hair spa treatment with Kim, and it was absolutely amazing 🤎 it far exceeded my expectations. Kim not only has great knowledge and skill, but her warm personality truly enhances the whole experience. I felt so well cared for and genuinely special. The entire Lush team was charming, welcoming, and dedicated. The treatment itself is a dream, from the music to the scents and the cozy environment, every detail is perfect. I’d give more than five stars if I could!
