This Gringo Mexican joint absolutely amazed me! Not only was the burrito huge for just 15 bucks, but this steak-shaved burrito was packed with authentic ingredients, including the tortilla. I ordered the white queso on the side, and I was able to drizzle this fantastic jalapeño queso over it, along with some incredible chunky red salsa. It truly blew me away with its size and richness, leaving me completely satisfied. I highly recommend this place! And guess what? The drinks were only three dollars—what a steal! I must admit, I was a bit let down by the surrounding area, which is quite subpar, but this spot is definitely the best place to eat in this small shopping center. I'm so glad I discovered it and will definitely return. Even their chips are delicious! Don't hesitate to visit these folks because they truly put their heart into this food. I feel guilty for not leaving a tip, even though I did takeout. Great job, everyone! And as a fellow Chicana, you're all invited to the cookout.
I’m a huge fan of Asian-fusion tacos after having them so often living near Orlando and these do not disappoint. The service is fast, the portions are good, and the tacos are mouth-wateringly good.
We tend to avoid eating at the food truck when it's at our favorite places. We won't go there if this one's there. But our favorite brewery had something else going on, so we just decided to deal with it. They custom made their Asian Taco into a burrito for me. I appreciated that. The flavor was good, until I started hitting black beans. Didn't really go with that at all. I tried to eat it, but it just wasn't good. I'm not a big black bean fan. I went back up to the truck, and I mentioned the beans. She told me she had said when I ordered that they were going to fill it with rice and beans. I only heard rice. Can't swear that's not what she said, because it was outside and loud. I just would never have put black beans in that. I ordered the Asian Taco. There was an opportunity here to be hospitable and understanding here, one that was not taken. Then the Taco wasn't very good at all. Overall, a bad experience with them, and I'll continue to avoid trying to eat from the food truck when they're at my favorite places.
Great place! The food here was tasty and very filling. The only knock I have on it was the space itself. There are just a few tables inside and a few outside. So take out might be the best play here. We did go during off hours and were able to sit at a table but I would imagine in the evening might get challenging.
Excellent customer service, good vibes, mid food. The chicken kimchi fried rice had a very strong mayonnaise flavor and was very very wet. The chicken was also a little unappetizing. The beef birria quesadilla was just okay, idk why I was expecting it to be more authentic (it had sour yellow cheese ??). The fries however, STOLE THE SHOW. I’d go again to get a drink and furikake fries with gochujang ketchup for sure!
