One of the most terrible locations I’ve been to. Be prepared to wait almost 1 hour+ for anything whether it’s to speak with a vet or a receptionist. The staff will watch you wait in the lobby and not assist. This is my second time coming and the only reason I still come is because we have a membership with banfield. Do not waste your time coming here!

ZERO STARS Over 2 hours and they haven’t even started taking care our pet; to make it worse the only way to get anybody’s attention is to call. Even worse was 3 years ago, our cat passed way mid year, we had to continue paying for a wellness plan for a dead pet

If I could give zero stars, I would. I will NEVER go to this vet again, since Dr Kahn has been hired, I am absolutely stunned about how little he cares for his patients. I have an older dog who has osteoporosis and Dr Kahn refuses to help her. Instead, he insists on prescribing a medication that costs 10 times what she has been taking for over 8 years. Her records are full of inaccuracies, according to them she weighed 75 pounds in November, and weighed 62 pounds in December. Chubby Labs don’t lose 13 pounds in a month. This man and his staff are INCREDIBLY RUDE. Aside from all that, my other lab received a dose of bordatella that was completely inappropriate for his weight. This dog has received bordatella vaccines his whole life, but Dr Kahn’s vaccine sent him to the emergency room because his face and head were so swollen that we thought he was in anaphylactic shock! That emergency room visit cost over $400! I told the woman who answers the phone what happened, and she said “ I doubt that” So it would seem that your location in Las Colinas Texas is completely inept. I will no longer entrust the health of my pets to such incompetence. I’m appalled, furious, and deeply disturbed by the substandard level of care that you have provided. Your actions, or rather your inexcusable lack of competent medical judgement~~almost cost my pet his life. I entrusted these people with my dogs care because I believed you would make sure that the vets in your employ had the skills, training and ethics to do your job. Instead, I was met with delayed responses and dismissive behavior that reflected a shocking lack of knowledge or a complete disregard for my pet’s well being. I am a Banfield Wellness plan member for 2 dogs, annd have been for years. I am cancelling it effective immediately. BIG MISTAKE there, Banfield. Unless you are intentionally trying to get rid of your Optimum patients. If so, then well done. You just lost a client of over 20 years.

The staff that work here are really wonderful caring people. I went to Big Dash for a treat and I had my pup with me. He had a boobo accident and his but was dirty. Embarrassed and stressed, we immediately walked over to Banfield, I told them what happened and asked if I could get wipes or something. One of the kind thoughtful staff went to the back and brought me a clean towel and dog shampoo to wash my pups bum in the office. I will forever be grateful for that kind gesture. She didn’t know if we were clients or not, they were just ready to help. They really do care about animals. And yes, we already go there for my puppy’s toe nail trim way before this accident. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

We took our baby there for a regular teeth cleaning, of course anesthesia included. They left the needle catheter in and stated there may have been a miscommunication and we can bring him in again so they can look at it, The whole needle was in his arm, bandaged like he was done. This negligence has turned us off of bringing our babies here again for big things like this. I understand you get busy but sending a puppy home with a whole needle in his arm has got to be on the basic list of things you don’t do.
