I was dealing with rats for a long time until I meet Heric from banner pest services and he explained how rodents get inside homes. Do to my experience with construction I was able to find and fix the entry points and keep this nuances away. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience with me.

This review is solely to highlight Patrick! It’s been over a month since I last received word from property manager or the pest service company. Today, Patrick was scheduled to visit my unit without me knowing. He called me, I explained the situation to him and without hesitation he said “I want to help you. You tell me when you’re free and I’ll work with you.”. Patrick came to check the traps, sprayed problem areas, did an inspection all while being super kind and reassuring. Mind you this was at 6:30pm! Patrick, I truly appreciate your service and the personality and care you bring to this work.
