I had the chance to get my hair cut by Orlando during my time in Edmonton, and he always did an amazing job. I asked for a specific haircut and he nailed it every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes sure everything is exactly how you want it. Clean, warm place with great service. Highly recommended 🇨🇱

I recently visited this barber squad shop, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The barber was not only highly skilled but also very professional, polite, and attentive. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered the perfect haircut with great precision and care. The shop itself was clean, comfortable, and had a very welcoming atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. To the owner, who stated I did not attend your shop that is calling me a liar I will also state that since you do not know what any of us really look like checking your security camera would not confirm anything . And I have added the pictures to show I did attend your shop and what we were charged including a tip . If i had the paper receipt I would add that too but unfortunately I threw that out. But it does not mean that you did not cut hair maybe it was an off day or something happened. I cannot say anything regarding that but don’t call me a liar or make this review out to be not real. When clearly i know my city and directions of where i go I grew up here and lived in this very area for many years . I do wish no ill on a business and maybe it a learning lesson about types of hair or what not. But do not take one person criticism as a life or death experience clearly lots of good reviews so this just reflects a one off and just means that everyone is entitled to their feedback. I wish you all the best and my review will stay I’ve been wanting to post this but for them to say that honestly say this is completely crap job… we decided to try somewhere new and we live in the area. Now they were not busy , it was a walk in. I almost let them touch my son hair then for watching how he was acting towards the end I chose not to go through it as he has long hair and we didn’t want it butchered . Now I will say this is not styled but the fade was done way too high the uneven cuts the to the skin at the back chop job . And was quite red. It was not really noticeable totally as we got home they butchered after he shower as they flattened it down with crap load product. This looks like a choppy toupee. And to boot was charged 40.00 when he didn’t have much hair to begin with when others are charged 29.00. The barber did not know how to work properly with hair and shave it higher than should and not following properly with the hair line. He was even tipped because he didn’t want to cause to much trouble which came out to 48.00 . When he should have spoken up. I unfortunately will not return and actually quite saddened that this was the end result.
