would never recommend this shop to anyone. I came in today to see Kim, and it was hands-down the most frustrating haircut I’ve ever had. She completely disregarded what I asked for and just started making "audibles" on my head without my consent. The atmosphere is zero-stars; it’s loud, chaotic, and impossible to relax when you can hear every word of the other barber’s conversation the whole time. Then there’s the pricing. $33 is way higher than competitors, and when I tried to decline the shampoo/massage to save time, they told me it’s the same price regardless. Paying full price for services you don’t get is ridiculous. Their card reader was also "down," so I was forced to use up my cash. Unprofessional, overpriced, and a total waste of time. Thank you for the response, but explaining your policies doesn't excuse a poor experience. First, let’s address the claim that you 'attempted to reach out directly.' I have received zero missed calls, texts, or emails from your shop. Do not lie publicly to save face; I have the receipts and my call logs to prove it. Regarding the price: my issue wasn’t a lack of 'clear pricing'—it was the lack of value. Charging a flat $33 while I specifically declined the shampoo/massage to save time is a rigid, anti-customer policy. More importantly, your response completely ignores the main issue: the haircut itself. Being 'surprised' that I didn't complain mid-cut is a common deflection; most clients don't want to create a scene while a stranger has shears to their head. The fact remains that Kim made 'audibles' without my consent, disregarding what I specifically asked for. I’m not interested in hearing about your other 'positive reviews.' My specific visit was chaotic, the service was unprofessional, and the technical cut was a failure. I'm moving on to a shop that prioritizes the client's request over their own 'all-inclusive' script and actually tells the truth in their responses."

This was my first time getting a haircut here and let me say the staff was very welcoming. I usually don't write reviews for anything but Sarah, the girl who cut my hair did an excellent job and was very kind and caring. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge her. Thank you Sarah!
