I got home and cried for an hour . first Emily and i discussed what I wanted and i specified 3 times please keep bangs belowwwww my chin .. she says okay. As soon as Emily starts to cut my bangs my heart drops as it immediately comes up to the corner of my mouth I literally have a lump in my throat but try and talk myself out of crying and keep a smile .. she cuts the rest of my hair and it’s fine.. she asks me how it is and ofc I lie and say oh it’s fine ( i HATE confrontation but well aware I should have said somethin right then and there ) i get home and call her once im done crying and tell her im not happy with my hair.. i send her multiple pictures showing her how uneven the bangs are and how I told her 3 times i wanted it below my chin yet its touching the corner of my mouth.. she claimed they are baby hairs… and refused to give me my money back and told me she isn’t arguing with me. Not to mention this is my third time there first she charged me 75$ ok great .. i come in second time and she says prices went up it’s 85$ ok that’s fine i understand .. come in today and i ask how much before we start and she says 95$.. i was like wait what why? She says prices went up again.. I feel as though she is trying to take advantage of me everytime I come in which is NOT okay considering I always tip 20% plus no matter what.. even TODAY. I am so unhappy with my experience. I do not recommend this place. I just lost over 100$ on hair I didn’t ask for..

Highway robbery!! This place charged my wife almost $500 to color her hair she has since gone to several other places and every one of them states that that’s an absolute joke and she got taken for her money stay far away from this place unless you want to pay double!!!!!!!

10/10 recommend. A little pricey compared to others, but Emily gets it done perfectly every time. I’ve been to other salons in the area like Aveda, but did not get the same results as I do here. Def worth it and Emily gets it right every time! Love my hair!
