I went with my family for my birthday. The environment was really good. I would like the tables to be a little bigger because I felt a little tight, but the rest everything was perfect. The food tastes delicious, good quality and well presented. We loved the bread We ordered the pasta in the wheel with truffles, it was a small portion, but it tastes delicious, a Margherita pizza, caccio peppe pasta with chicken and another regular pasta with chicken for my son. They gifted me a pistachio cake (it was the best) super good. My husband ordered a creme brulee, really good and my daughter ordered a gelato, really good too. The customer service was really good. The food arrived quickly. We loved this restaurant, we will come back again :) I can give them a 100/10 hehe
Dinner with friends was excellent. Oliver, a server from Mexico that adopted an Italian accent was hilariously brilliant - very knowledgeable and excited about the specialties and off menu items. We had the Dover Sole, and it was delicious - in fact, it competes with being the best Dover Sole I ever had as it was meaty and not doused in butter or any other sauce. We ordered off menu items and asked the server to prepare according to our specific wishes - such as with a dash of pasta or steamed vegetables on the side and they were extremely accommodating. The bartender made the drinks to everyone’s peculiar request, and we could not have been more impressed. I am generally highly critical in my reviews, however, Bari was a very enjoyable experience from the moment we entered the door until we left. Highly suggest making a reservation.
Everything from the moment you walked in was fabulous. They have fresh pasta! We started with the sautéed crab claws, then had a salad, and completed our meal with the veal scaloppini that was cooked to perfection. The side pasta with Marsala and mushrooms were to die for. I will definitely come back again.
We visited Bari for an afternoon lunch. We visited soon after opening so the restaurant was not crowded. The servers were very attentive and very knowlegdeable of the menu. They did a great job of offering alternatives for people in the party with allergies. I had the squid ink pasta which was delicious. The pasta was perfectly al dente. For desert, I had the raspberry sorbet. Overall, I would definitely reccommend a visit to this restaurant.
Romantic Atmosphere & Thoughtful Service — A Memorable Dining Experience We’ve dined at several Italian restaurants across the city, but this one truly stands out—not just for the food, but for the ambiance. It has a warm, romantic atmosphere that made our special occasion feel even more meaningful. The Italian cuisine was delicious, though the portions are on the smaller side, especially considering the elevated price point. That said, the gnocchi was one of my favorites—pillowy and full of flavor. I just wish there had been a bit more of it. Service was exceptional. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive, answering our menu questions with ease. We even had the chance to speak with the manager—not to report a problem, but simply to compliment the team on the wonderful service and overall experience. As a thoughtful gesture for our celebration, we were presented with two complimentary desserts, which was such a nice surprise. The restaurant offers outdoor seating near a green space, which is a great perk for families with small children—you can dine comfortably while keeping an eye on them. Kids’ meals are available, though they are a bit pricey. Wine lovers will appreciate their extensive wine list—I sampled a few before selecting a bottle, and the staff was patient and helpful throughout. Final thoughts: For convenience, I recommend using valet parking, especially on busier nights. And definitely make a reservation—this place is popular for a reason. We’ll absolutely be back
