Just wanted to say I was so worried about leaving my 8 month old shorkie Otis for the first time. But I needn’t have I would like to say a massive thank you to Mark and staff for taking care of him. Especially Mark as he sent regular messages and videos of Otis running around playing and having fun with his new doggy friends. He really made me feel relaxed knowing Otis was well looked after. On collection I could tell Otis was happy to see me but that night he was exhausted and took himself to bed early first time ever 😃 Would highly recommend first class in my eyes Thanks again 😃 we will be back 😃

This is a truly wonderful place! Simple as that…our two Samoyeds have been here a few times and they absolutely love it…..Mark is such a great person and sends regular updates, videos and photos. 5* 👏🏻

At last we have found an amazing place for our dogs while we go on holiday. Charlie and Griffin were looked after so well, they had freedom, love playing with the other dogs, we got videos of them all having fun, we felt so relaxed and not a bit guilty for leaving them. If I designed a kennel it would be exactly like this. No one wants their dogs locked up in a cage barking all day. It's a bit more expensive than a 'normal' kennel, but worth every penny. Like a home from home, the dogs are all treated like family, fantastic set up, for friendly dogs.

So happy to be able to write nothing but praise for barkingham palace. My Frankie has stayed there 4 times this year and he always comes home so happy. I had lots of updates and videos of Frankie enjoying his own little holiday. The best part was Frankie running back to mark when I try and put him in the car. Will see you all soon when Frankie stays for his Xmas holiday x
