Quite literally the biggest waste of money ever! I paid $240 for my $5000 white gold tennis bracelet to be rodiumed. Not only does the bracelet have a yellow hue to it still ... but as you can see they didn't even fully rodium the safety chain. It's half white and half yellow now. Total absolute garbage work. When I told the girl it looked yellow her response was "well that happens sometimes". Excuse me? I've had this bracelet for years and never had such a shotty rodium done on it. I cannot believe these people charged me $240 for doing nothing! The bracelet literally looks worse now!

Recently bought my fiance an engagement ring here. The service was impeccable, the type of service you don’t typically get in the world anymore. Casey was great, she made me feel at home and answered all my dumb questions. I have been kind of intimidated looking for the right ring and she made it easy. I will remain a customer of Barnes whenever I’m in the market for jewelry.

I just left Barnes with tears in my eyes! The staff were all so kind to work with, and Payge especially was an angel from the beginning. It was easy to tell that she was invested, passionate, and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. And the jeweler, Ryan, absolutely nailed it. I had a vision, and Barnes went above and beyond to bring it to life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and I’ll 1000% be back! :)

I just bought from them again because I always get personal service from knowledgeable people that are trained in jewelry not sales. I told them I wanted something to celebrate 5 years cancer free, and they helped guide me to a piece to match the event. I left feeling they were not only happy they had what I wanted, but were happy to help me celebrate. They are family owned and operated and over many years I've dealt with the same sales people. I've never dealt with a 20 something well dressed sales person with commission breath. They make you feel you are part of their community. They have many one of kind pieces they design and make themselves. They have taken stones from old items and crafted something new.

I had my custom wedding set made by Barnes Jewelers years ago, and recently I returned to add some additional diamonds. The customer service at Barnes is outstanding, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Casey helped me pick out the new diamonds & Paul placed them in the set with his talent and skill. My wedding set was ready on time and looks absolutely stunning. Thank you, Barnes Jewelers! I love it and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of jewelry care.
